Dog-Friendly Policy

We love hosting four-legged guests. Here's how pets work at Navigate Rentals homes.

At a glance

• Pet friendly means dog friendly. Every home we list as pet friendly welcomes dogs.
• $150 pet fee. Unless a home's listing says otherwise, there's a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per reservation, which covers up to 2 pets.
• Tell us when you book. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• No cats. None of our homes allow cats.

Which homes allow dogs

Dogs are welcome only at homes marked pet friendly. Look for the "Dog friendly" badge on a home, or browse all of our dog-friendly vacation rentals. If a home isn't marked pet friendly, pets aren't allowed there.

Pet fee

The standard pet fee is $150 per reservation for up to 2 pets. It's non-refundable. Some homes set their own pet fee or limits, and when they do, it's stated in that home's listing. Planning to bring more than 2 pets? Contact us before you book.

Letting us know

Please include every pet in your reservation when you book, so we can confirm the home is the right fit and prepare for your stay.

Unauthorized pets

Pets that weren't disclosed at booking, pets at homes that aren't pet friendly, and cats are treated as unauthorized animals under our Vacation Rental Policies & Terms. As described there, unauthorized animals may result in pet charges, additional cleaning or remediation costs, damage charges, or termination of the stay as permitted by law. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by an animal they bring.

Service and assistance animals

Nothing in this policy restricts rights concerning service animals or other assistance animals protected by applicable law.
