Long-Term Rentals
10% of the first month's rent
For every owner you refer who signs a long-term management agreement.
Short-Term Rentals
$350 per bedroom + $150 per amenity
Amenities include a pool, a view and similar premium features.
Example: a 3-bedroom home with a pool and an ocean view earns $1,350 ($1,050 + $300).
